The sutra of the peace for all living beings
Every morning after meditation, we read 'the sutra of the peace for all living beings'.
The English translation is as follows.

The sutra of the peace for all living beings
-I hereby bow to lead my life in accordance with the eternal truth of the universe with continuous self-reflection for oneself, respect and gratefulness for others , with share and consideration for all living being.
Thus have I heard.
In the middle of a snowy night, there came the words from the master of Truth.
Thou, who are friends of peace for all living beings.
Listen and pay heed to what I say as I tell you the secret of peace for all living beings.
This comes into existence on the condition of the existence of That.
That comes into existence on the condition of the existence of This, namely the Truth of the creation of the universe based on the condition.
This doesn’t exist on the condition of the non-existence of That and That doesn’t exist on the condition of the non-existence of This, namely the truth of the extinction of the universe based on the condition.
This is the core of the eternal Truth of the universe which is true for the past, present and future.
Thou, who are friends of peace for all living beings.
Be aware that life comes into existence on the condition of the existence of nature , likewise ,my country exists on the condition of the existence of neighboring countries and my family exist on the condition of the existence of other families.
I exist on the condition of the existence of You. Therefore it is the universal Truth that everything is dependent upon the condition.
On the path to truth we should find a way to help each other to make a wholesome human community in this world.
My country is a refuge for the neighboring countries and they are refuges for my country, too.
My Village is a refuge for the neighboring villages and they are refuges for my village, too.
My family is a refuge for the other families and they are refuges for my family , thus we all belong to the same community dependent on each other.
Likewise, remember, You are my origin of life and your life is also dependent upon mine.
Thou, who are friends of peace for all living beings.
The path of Truth is the only path for us worth trying.
Open your eyes and listen to the sound of truth.
All living beings can find the absolute peace on the path to truth, and it is nothing but the path to Dharma which can be achieved only with wholesome thoughts and diligent practice.
Therefore, you should act on the truthful thought and mind corresponding to the Dharma.
Thou, the master of Truth
From this moment on, on the path to truth I bow to strive to lead a wholesome life with all my heart.
I hereby repent of a human-centric, selfish lifestyle which overlooks the greatness of mother nature.
I hereby repent of a nationalistic attitude which overlooks the importance of neighboring countries .
I hereby repent of a selfish my-family-only attitude which overlooks the virtue of other families.
I hereby repent of my selfish, egocentric lifestyle which overlooks the value of your existence.
I repent from the bottom of my heart a human-centric, nationalistic, family-centric , egocentric life of mine which is nothing but a life of distorted self love.
Thou, the master of Truth
I hereby bow to take an action based on the principle of Truth
I will take a path of Truth by worshipping mother nature whose existence ensures the life of human beings being healthy and safe.
I will take a path of Truth by respecting neighboring countries whose existence ensures the safety and peace of my country.
I will take a path of Truth by respecting my neighbors whose existence ensures the safety and happiness of my family.
I will take a path of Truth by respecting others whose existence ensures the safety and happiness of my life.
Thou, the master of Truth
In accordance with the spirit of Truth, I , hereby bow to live with respect, gratefulness and admiration.
To nature which is a refuge of our life, to the neighboring countries which are refuges for my country, to our neighbors who are refuges for my family, and to you who is the origin of my very life,
I , with all my heart, humbly bow to pay respect and admiration for your greatness and nobility.
In accordance with the spirit of Truth, I will live a life of noble poverty and honesty with a far-sighted view .
I will live a life always in harmony with nature by overcoming the selfish human greed which contaminates nature, the home for all living beings.
I will live a life in harmony with neighboring countries by overcoming the selfish nationalistic attitude which threatens the peace of other nations.
I will live a life always in harmony with neighbors by overcoming the selfish desire for my family which threatens the peace of other families.
I will live a life always in harmony with others by overcoming selfish egocentrism which causes the suffering of others.
I hereby bow to lead my life in accordance with the eternal truth of the universe with continuous self-reflection for oneself, respect and gratefulness for others , with share and consideration for all living beings.
Thou, who are friends of peace for all living beings.
Indeed, thou are wise and praiseworthy.
Again I ask all of you to listen and pay heed to the teaching of Truth, put it into practice with whole your body and mind.
The Truth is nothing but the reality dwelling in the present existence.
Whenever, or wherever, the path of Truth is something you can see , realize and prove to be in this moment.
It shows its real face when you observe each moment carefully with insight, therefore you should always be aware of the Truth.
When you have clear insight in the Truth of the universe without a moment’s loss, at last the peace for all living beings will be realized , therefore always keep yourself awake with clear consciousness.
Thou, the greatest one, the master of Truth.
I hereby bow to listen and pay heed to the sound of Truth.
I bow to speculate it carefully again and again.
And I hereby bow to put it into practice with whole my body and mind.
Enlightenment grows like a tree.
